This is our absolute FAVORITE weeknight meal!
It’s so easy to make, and is PACKED with flavor.
We used to fry this dish on the stove top in a LOT of butter. It was amazing…BUT in the interest of healthy living, we started baking it instead.
It’s still amazing!
Your family will love this easy, healthy ranch chicken recipe.
It only takes about 20 minutes to make, and you can add a baked potato and carrots for a full meal under 500 calories!

Easy Budget Meals Week 3: Healthy Ranch Chicken Recipe
Healthy Ranch Chicken Recipe
A simple weeknight favorite! Full of flavor and under 500 calories.
Calories: 261 calories per serving (we serve with a side of Frozen carrots and a baked potato for an extra 200 calories)
Time to cook: 25 minutes
Kid friendly?: A favorite for the whole family!
Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 Ranch Dressing Mix Packet
1/4 cup traditional bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesean cheese
1/4 cup milk
Step 1– Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2– In one medium bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmeasean cheese, and ranch seasoning packet. Fill another small bowl with 1/4 cup of milk.
Step 3– Dip each chicken breast in milk, and then coat in breadcrumb mixture. Place all chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish.
Step 4– Bake chicken for about 10 minutes, then flip and cook until chicken is no longer pink in the middle (about 10-15 more minutes, depending on thickness).
Step 5– Remove from oven and serve with veggies and a baked potato. Yum!
