A huge thank you to our brave soldiers, who have made this beautiful, free life possible.
In addition to our usual chaos, we are adding moving into the mix this month. We were hoping to buy a house this year, but with starting our own practice not long ago, our plate is already pretty full! We needed more room though, so we are moving to a bigger rental space in just a few days. That means weekends right now are filled with packing, organizing, and furniture shopping!
We had so much fun bouncing around the metroplex looking for the perfect gray sectional. We currently have a hand me down couch, that has lasted us a good 5 years and we are finally ready to upgrade. I’ve already been day dreaming about cuddling up with the kids for movie night!
I can’t wait to move and get settled in, and I will be sure to share how we are making our new rental feel like home. I will also be sharing practically every detail of our move, on my insta-stories, so follow along!
After a couple of busy days of furniture shopping, and trying to keep the kids from getting us kicked out of every store, we were ready for a relaxing Memorial Day!
The kids had a blast eating watermelon and soaking up the unofficial start of summer! We also had extra baby snuggles with our nephew Charlie (AKA baby Chaz). Isn’t he just the sweetest chunk a lunk?!
I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect outdoor blanket, for all of our fun summer activities. Can you believe I found this amazing watermelon blanket at Walmart for only 9.97?
RUN! Don’t walk, to your nearest Walmart, or order online (choose green for the melons) before this baby sells out!
If you have a bigger budget, I’m also swooning over these gorgeous leather playmats from Gathre.
It feels like summer is officially here! I’m ready to make the most of these hot summer days. We are excited to move into our new house, in the next couple of weeks, and take advantage of the big backyard and patio.
